RESPNSIBILITIES:
70% Regional access management
20% Policy analysis and engagement
10% Non-Government Organization and Industry Associates Communication
Job Purpose
- Build up good relationship and network with local payers and stakeholders;
- Pursue maximizing patient access for Abbvie portfolio in the region through multiple access initiatives;
- Collaborate and work cross-functionally to achieve access objective in a matrix environment. Initiate and execute access strategies at local level through collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Regional Access Management
- Insight unmet business needs
- Define access objective and execute with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage and develop solutions for critical company and product crisis within the region; Assist local management team to handle ad hoc crisis.
- Coordinate with customer service to handle complicated customers’ complain issues within the region;
- Develop and maintain close relationships with important government department within the region;
Policy analysis and engagement
- Track the personnel change, structure change, policy change in the government entities and share the information timely
- Collect, analyze and interpret market data, report on findings, recommendations and conclusions
- Set up the database of relevant customers and policies
- Non-Government Organization and Industry Associates Communication
- Communicate and work with Non-Government Organization (NGO) and industry association to positively influence policy
- Build and maintain the good relationship with professional associates and KOLs
Industry experiences: Minimum 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry
Position experiences: Minimum 3-5 years working experience in pharmaceutical government affair
Language Skills: Middle level proficiency in English both oral and written
Computer Skills: Working knowledge

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
