The Senior Manager, Price Forecasting, is responsible for Gross-to-Net sales planning and actual reporting for assigned product presentations in US Immunology.
The position requires a high level of individual accountability and is expected to operate independently to accomplish the goals and responsibilities of the position; however constant alignment is critical due to the nature of the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of accurate gross to net discount expense projections for LBE submissions, including consideration of dynamics such as historical trends, changes in access, legislative changes (IRA, OBBB, etc.), indication expansion and competitor launches. Align with commercial business partners, market access and finance leaders on key assumptions, that are supportive by quantitative evidence and qualitative insights.
- Understand and discuss all price-related variances for each LBE planning each cycle at LBE review meetings with Sr. Price & Immunology Leadership.
- Prepare financial planning deliverables for each LBE cycle that are accurate, clear and concise.
- Load LBE forecasts into required financial systems and data repositories to support consolidation for US Immunology, US TX, Global and Corporate Financial Reviews. Responsible for data accuracy and timeliness of submission.
- Provide decision support to Executive Management through the preparation of financial analysis on payer mix, payer rate and overall channel utilization changes to support Market Access bid proposals.
- Partner with immunology Copay pricing analyst on rebate forecast and balance sheet requirements.
- Perform month and quarter end close activities such as the preparation of landing estimates, journal entries, balance sheet reserves assessments and commentaries.
- Maintain and improve GTN forecasting models in conjunction with Price Forecasting COE.
- Complete additional ad-hoc project work and analysis, as needed.
- 7 years of progressive Accounting/Finance experience required.
- BA/BS in Finance or Accounting. MBA/CPA preferred.
- Prefer experience in Price Forecasting or Price Accounting, Volume Forecasting, or FP&A.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content strategy skills. BPC knowledge is a plus.
- The ability to interact with and support senior level management and to collaborate effectively and independently in a matrix organization.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills.
- Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and shift priorities under tight timeframes and maintain poise under pressure.
- A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.

124500 - 236500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
