Job Description

  • 在区域战略合作经理的领导下，在所负责的重点目标医院有效地执行公司重点客户项目，提高公司的品牌形象，确保公司产品在医院的安全运营。
  • 高效率地拜访医院重点客户，并与其建立良好的多赢合作关系，最大限度地支持区域销售队伍完成列名工作。
  • 及时收集重点客户的反馈信息及重点医院相关政策规定，反馈给区域战略合作经理并共同制定应对策略
  • 建立并定期更新重点客户管理档案
  • 推进目标医院的进药工作，在与关键客户沟通时给予主动、积极地协助，最大限度提高公司药品的可及性，确保患者获益
  • 完成区域战略合作经理安排的其他任务

Qualifications

  • 至少5年医药行业经验，有外资医药经验者优先
  • 至少1年以上战略合作经理工作经验及2年以上销售管理经验
  • 熟悉战略合作经理工作模式，具备一定的市场管理的知识
  • 了解区域管理、资源分配、客户管理的知识
  • 关注客户，较好的客户关系管理能力以及良好的组织协调和人际关系沟通能力
  • 具备优秀的工作独立性和主动性
  • 较强的沟通、表述、谈判和说服技巧
  • 严谨的逻辑思维和分析判断能力；
  • 解决问题和处理复杂情况的应变能力
  • 良好的跨部门合作意识和能力
