As the Sr Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, distributing, and managing global communications campaigns. Your expertise will ensure that engaging communications are delivered effectively and in a timely manner. You will provide vital support across the Corporate Communications team, coordinating projects and facilitating communication efforts for high-visibility initiatives.
The Specialist works with their immediate team and cross-functional partners to develop and implement communications plans, measuring communications effectiveness and adapting as needed; facilitating internal feedback channels/opportunities; and helping to support functional communications needs across Allergan Aesthetics.
The position requires excellent organization skills and hands-on activity across multiple priorities and experience with traditional and emerging communications mediums, channels, and tools. The Specialist ensures that focus is targeted on time-sensitive and high visibility communications deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content: Create, design, and distribute internal communications that drive employee engagement and align with organizational objectives.
- Communications: Collaborate on storytelling initiatives and execute omnichannel internal communications plans.
- Platform and Management: Oversee the administration and content generation for internal platforms, ensuring brand alignment and accurate distribution lists.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple communication projects, including editorial calendars and communication plans for internal campaigns.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to develop targeted communications for internal audiences and support departmental needs.
- Research and Support: Conduct research to support both internal and external initiatives, assist with management requests, and create presentations as needed.
- Feedback Facilitation: Facilitate internal feedback channels to measure communication effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field with 2-5 years of experience in communications or a similar role
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Outstanding writing and editing skills
- Strong attention to detail, clarity, and maintaining brand standards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Expert in Microsoft Office, Teams and Outlook
- Basic design software skills are a plus
- Experience with the following platforms is a plus: Staffbase, SharePoint, Canva, Adobe, Vimeo, Asana

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
