Job Description:
- Reports to: Sr. Business Unit Manager, Immunology BU
- Location: Taipei, Taiwan
Purpose Statement:
Lead the comprehension of patient experience insights across the Brand and In Field Team, and develop the Patient Journey to focus the Brand Team on delivering patient-centric strategies.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Team to synthesize insights and identify target segments.
- Develop and propose strategic objectives for brand positioning to ensure patient-centricity.
- Guide the design and implementation of marketing activities including innovative marketing tactics and partnerships.
- Ensure alignment of in-field materials and strategies with brand objectives.
- Lead the development of marketing inputs to the Strategic Brand Plan and coordinate the Long Range Plan.
- Monitor brand KPIs, manage budget, and track ROIs for marketing activities.
- Support the Brand Team with a shared vision and take responsibility for team activities and processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing; less than 10 years working experience with potential mobility will be idea
- Proven success in the pharmaceutical industry marketing
- Ability to translate strategies into actionable marketing actions
- Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Solid working knowledge of the healthcare environment
- Knowledge of marketing principles, digital knowledge, and finance principles
- English proficiency in verbal and writing
