To realize Allergan Aesthetics’ world-class brand strategy, this role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies, including the Long-Range Plan (LRP), and overseeing brand marketing initiatives in close partnership with key stakeholders and customers.
- Own end-to-end brand management for products across multiple therapeutic areas or in highly competitive, complex markets
- Develop long-term brand plans, including the Long-Range Plan, and identify market opportunities, challenges, and future trends
- Use market, customer, and business insights to influence brand decisions
- Create and execute marketing objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotion plans to achieve product goals
- Lead brand team readiness for pre-launch activities, including advocacy, positioning/strategy, and market assessment
- Evaluate new product potential and market development opportunities
- Build annual sales, profit, price, and expense forecasts/budgets
- Achieve annual sales, margin, and market share goals
- Forecast product requirements, identify supply risks, and develop contingency plans
- Analyze market trends and sales potential, and provide monthly forecasts with action plans
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Manage patient support programs
- Handle complaints and suggestions related to assigned products
- Ensure all business activities comply with legal, ethical, and company standards
Main requirements
- University degree preferred
- 5+ years of marketing and sales experience in pharmaceutical companies
- Experience with pre-launch marketing and disease awareness campaigns preferred
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills
- Strategic thinking ability
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
