Purpose
AbbVie's Total Rewards Program Excellence leadership seeks a Specialist /analyst/consultant to administer, analyze and support our equity compensation function. The right candidate for this role will be highly energetic and ready for a challenge.
This role provides support to the TRXC team, worldwide, with direct support to the Associate Director, TR Program Excellence & Compliance
Responsibilities
- Support the administration/communication process of the long-term incentive compensation and employee stock purchase plan programs.
- Support the equity compensation function in day-to-day activities such as program administration, data survey submissions, market analyses, executive offer recommendations, ad hoc reports, and executive payroll monitoring/verification.
- Lead the administrative process of creating equity materials, including report drafting and analysis, for senior level management and Board of Directors.
- Maintain all historical equity compensation data in accurate and usable form.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all reporting and communications related to compensation programs.
Education and Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in equity administration, executive compensation, consulting, or similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel is preferred.
- Previous equity administration and board compensation analysis and communication experience is preferred.
- Able to multi-task and work in an environment with multiple deadlines.
Successful in environments that require working both independently and as part of a team, with initiative and accuracy. - Experience executing processes and ensuring compliance with policy, legal and administrative requirements.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
64000 - 122000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
