We are recruiting a Senior Warehouse Technician to join our site in Ballytivnan, Sligo.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities as a Senior Warehouse Technician would be:
- To work as a team member to support warehouse operations in line with all safety, regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Provide support on change controls, investigations, tasks and CAPAs for the Supply Chain Department.
- To support the Warehouse Manager/Team Lead in line with safety, regulatory and organisational requirements when delegated responsibility.
- Co-ordination between shift teams to ensure excellence in GMP/ safety and manufacturing activities
- Point of Contact for Warehousing issues which arise and if escalation to Supervisor is required.
- To work as a team member and support to the Supply Chain Manager in line with all safety, regulatory and organisational requirement.
- Ensuring raw materials are checked, verified and booked in as per procedures.
- Ensuring supply items are checked, verified and booked in as per procedures.
- Completing receiver documentation for non-inventory purchased items.
- Managing inventory and purchase of supply items within the warehouse.
- Completing invoice documentation for finished product shipments.
- Liaising with freight companies to arrange finished product shipments.
- Distribution of post and courier deliveries within the site.
- Coordination of courier shipments within the site.
- Ensuring engineering stores deliveries are verified and booked in as per procedures
- Manage the segregation and collection of recycling and waste at the site.
- Maintain supply of materials to production. Other duties as assigned.
- Adhere to and follows all procedures policies and guidelines ensuring compliance · with cGMP and ISO/FDA regulations and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
What you will need:
- Certificate / Diploma qualification in suitable Logistics /science/engineering course is desirable.
- 5+ years warehouse experience.
- This Position has a high level of autonomy and individuals are expected to work on their own initiative, driving the remaining team when delegated to.
- Requires good knowledge of Company Policies and Procedures and involves working towards general results to achieve organizational needs.
