Role Summary: The Sr. Manager serves as a strategic cross-functional leader focused on Menstrual Migraine. While the core responsibility is to champion innovative marketing strategies and communications for Menstrual Migraine, the role maintains a portfolio mindset—aligning initiatives with broader brand, therapeutic area, and organizational objectives. The Sr. Manager ensures that all tactics elevate the care standard, drive differentiation, and deliver an exceptional patient experience within the migraine portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for Menstrual Migraine, ensuring integration with the overall migraine portfolio direction.
- Analyze data (market research, performance dashboards, Veeva reports, etc.) to generate actionable insights for Menstrual Migraine and inform portfolio strategy alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal, Public Affairs, Health Economics, Patient Relations, Business Insights, OEC, and Global Learning—as well as Area and affiliate teams.
- Influence without authority in a matrix setting, demonstrating strong cross-functional leadership to align Menstrual Migraine tactics with strategic imperatives and resource allocation.
- Identify performance gaps within Menstrual Migraine, working with Areas/affiliates to co-create corrective actions that also consider broader portfolio learning and synergies.
- Support launch readiness and continuous execution for Menstrual Migraine, communicating proactively around key initiatives, aligning stakeholders.
- Manage external relationships (vendors, agencies, and Key Opinion Leaders) to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of pharmaceutical marketing experience.
- Proven track record in developing and executing brand strategies, ideally within a portfolio setting.
- Success leading in cross-functional and matrix environments, with strong influencing abilities.
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
- Able and willing to travel internationally as required.

Pay Range: $
121000 - 230000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
