The primary objective of this position is to lead Global Commercial Actuals Reporting P&L processes and consolidations. With the new organization structure combining US Therapeutics HQ with Global Commercial Finance, this role will lead the consolidations of both. This includes month-end close/MRP and quarterly flash. This role will partner closely across various functions, leadership, and geographies to provide analytics, modeling, and reporting on cash discounts, distribution margin, SG&A, and distressed inventory. With two direct reports, the role requires strong leadership skills that will foster an inclusive, high-performing environment focused on continuous learning, capability building, succession planning, and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the consolidation and coordination of monthly close and quarterly flash reporting across US Therapeutics and Global Commercial Finance ensuring timely, accurate, and complete financial results.
- Analyze financial performance and key business drivers, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior finance leadership.
- Oversee cash discount analytics, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance.
- Lead distribution margin reporting and analytics to support business performance, profitability, and decision-making.
- Manage MRP (Management Reporting Package) reporting, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and compliance with reporting timelines.
- Lead quarterly earning and Investor Relations deliverables through accurate financial analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentations.
- Validate promotional accounting activities to ensure compliance with accounting policies and accurate financial reporting.
- Perform SG&A and distressed inventory analytics, partnering cross-functionally to understand variances and figures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reporting efficiency and improve the quality of management reporting.
- Lead and develop two direct reports and provide ongoing feedback, development plans, and ensuring the team builds the skills and capabilities needed to achieve both individual and organizational goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. CPA and/or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive and related work experience
- BPC, BIP, and SAP systems knowledge
- FP&A and Reporting experience particularly with P&L analytics
- Consolidations experience across the full P&L
- Proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and an inquisitive mind set
- Strong communication skills and the ability to relay complex financial data in clear and simple terms
- Ability to generate ideas, challenge the status quo, solve problems, and manage innovation to reality

124500 - 236500 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
