The Senior Finance Analyst supports the ongoing financial forecasting and develops financial models to support decision making related to business issues. This role in the Financial Compliance Team ‘FCT’ assists with the execution of the US Aesthetics Financial Compliance Monitoring & Reporting of Healthcare Providers (HCP) and/or Healthcare Organizations (HCO) US Commercial events for Federal ‘Sunshine’ Reporting.
Responsibilities
- Completes the financial analysis and monitoring for Aesthetics events including but not limited to Veeva Speaker Programs, Consulting, Sponsorships, Exhibits, Memberships, and Concur Travel & Expense ‘CTE’ ensuring accurate and timely reporting of HCP/HCO data.
- Reviews for accuracy and completeness financial data for Aesthetics unique engagements such as ecommerce, coolsculpting university, Meeting Card transactions, and marketing/advertising.
- Reviews event data to ensure accurate data feeds into the transparency data hub for use in state, federal, and ad hoc reporting.
- Prepares the Aesthetics quarterly financial metrics package to share with the Aesthetics finance and OEC teams.
- Completes adhoc financial analysis and projects as requested.
- Supports internal and external audit requests.
- Participates in Aesthetics finance and business meetings to review programs that may impact Federal ‘Sunshine’ Reporting.
- Partners with the internal cross functional teams including but not limited to FSS, OEC, Finance and the various Aesthetics business groups.
- Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred.
- Preferred 4+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Analytical skill set including advanced excel and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to multi-task and pivot effectively to meet deliverable deadlines.
- Ability to work independently assume full ownership of tasks and projects.
- Power BI knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP and TM1 a plus.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
