The US Therapeutics Finance team works with stakeholders across the commercial organization and shares valuable analysis and reporting with the senior management.
Our workplace offers a flexible hybrid work model for office-based employees that typically consists of 3 days in our Lake County, IL office and 2 days of remote work.
The Senior Financial Analyst will support specific financial planning and analysis processes and important team projects making a lasting contribution to the success of the company:
- Manages all system aspects of the financial consolidation and submission using BPC
- Reconciles source system vs consolidation system (two instances of BPC)
- Supports monthly LBEs, Plan, and Long Range Plan reporting and consolidation of financial material as required, using BPC, Excel and Power BI.
- Supports the finance system transformation, developing and enhancing reports in BPC and Power BI and engaging in financial process and systems projects.
- Effective interaction with cross functional and business unit peers will help gather, review and prepare financial analysis and share with Key Stakeholders.
- Reconciles system data across multiple sources of input, propose and implement ideas about process improvements.
- Provides accurate and timely analysis to meet important due dates and project timelines.
- Provides training and support to end-users and business partners.
- This role reports to a Commercial FP&A Associate Director.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
- Preferred 4+ years of progressive and related experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Execute priorities established by Manager with speed and agility.
- Strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proficient Excel skills required.
- Knowledge of SAP and BPC are required, Power BI is a plus.
Key Stakeholders:
- Provides direct business support to the US Therapeutics and Global consolidation team, including Directors and Managers.
- Collaborates with Global Commercial Finance Team, and US Therapeutics brand finance team.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
