As an Senior Business Relationship Manager in AbbVie Business Technology Solutions (BTS), you’ll have opportunities to contribute to the digital transformation of a leading biopharma company, helping to create solutions that impact patients and their communities for the better.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

• Establishing strategy, technology vision and project roadmaps for the Value and Evidence solutions teams in Medical Affairs. 
• Managing with business stakeholders on the capabilities and benefits of different technologies to improve mutually beneficial outcomes. 
• Partnering with various business stakeholders, technology leads, external agencies and partners.
• Managing project resources and finances.
• Delivering application technology projects.
• Enforcing and advocating secure, safe and compliant use of AbbVie’s technologies.
• Driving application requirements, defining project phases and implementation plans.

Tools and skills you will use in this role:

• SDLC process for application development delivery including the deployment of code.
• Project management and organization skills.
• Executive presentation abilities.
• Clear interpersonal communication, proofreading, editing, and formatting skills.

Experiences that make you a strong candidate for this role:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 7 years’ experience; or PhD with 3 years’ experience.
• Agile methodologies, scrum and Kanban frameworks experience.
• Roadmap, innovation and vision creation experience.
• Project delivery experience.

Beneficial:

• Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Work experience with GxP applications.
• Work with clinical trials or studies.
