Job Description:
- Coordinates and manages strategic planning for commercial operations in Immunology (Rheumatology).
- Drives financial processes, manages P&L performance, and ensures patient-centric approaches.
- Builds and executes commercial operations strategies, leads cross-functional teams, and optimizes resource utilization.
- Coaches and develops top talent, sets goals, and ensures succession and performance management.
- Represents AbbVie to key stakeholders, delivers sales performance and KPIs, and aligns district activities with brand/national strategy.
- Works with other therapeutic areas (e.g., Dermatology, Gastroenterology) for integrated immunology strategies.
- Develops short/long-term marketing strategies, markets products, drives market access, and leads the sales team.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferably in biological science or business).
- Minimum 8 years of strong sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with minimum of 2 years in leading sales team and equipped with marketing function experience.
- Proven track record in managing product P&L, developing strategies, and balancing short/long-term business plans.
- Excellent knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical environment; experience in immunology a plus.
- Ability to build stakeholder relationships, lead/coaching teams, and think/plan strategically.
- English proficiency (for non-English-speaking countries).
- Strong planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
