The role also contributes to building AbbVie’s commercial excellence in neuroscience through early stakeholder engagement, KOL collaboration, and market shaping initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive AbbVie’s commercial excellence in neuroscience by leading early stakeholder engagement initiatives (e.g., with HCPs, payers, patient groups).
- Establish and nurture Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships to build advocacy and scientific partnership prior to and after launches.
- Lead market shaping and disease education initiatives to expand patient awareness and build sustainable market demand.
- Collaborate with regional/global teams to align on go-to-market strategies, best practices, and leverage central resources.
- Provide strategic input into brand planning, pipeline forecasting, and long-term portfolio growth.
- Ensure insights from the field and stakeholders are incorporated into brand plans.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences, business, or related field.
- 7+ years pharmaceutical marketing or commercial excellence experience; neuroscience or hospital-based specialty highly valued.
- Demonstrated track record in KOL engagement and launch excellence.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic agility.
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard software app, especially Power Point and Excel.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
