We're seeking a passionate leader to orchestrate every stage of this launch, from Go to market Strategy to dynamic execution. Join our team and help empower individuals with Vitiligo! As the launch lead, you'll collaborate across sales, medical, regulatory, and market access functions, ensuring alignment and seamless progress. You'll be empowered to design innovative campaigns, analyze markets and competitive landscapes, and guide omni-channel strategies to reach the right audiences. Your expertise will be critical in managing timelines, KPIs, budgets, and ensuring outstanding internal and external communication throughout pre- and post-launch activities.

You'll work closely with global colleagues to localize strategies, share best practices, and champion continuous improvement. You will take charge of a cross-functional brand team, steer marketing communications, inspire field sales, and lead with vision and accountability.

Qualifications

This is how you can make a difference

  • Brand management track record in the pharma / healthcare industry, backed by extensive experience and strong academic credentials in business or natural sciences.
  • Launch experience in the pharma industry or driving growth for established dermatology brands.
  • Cross functional work experience - enabling smoother coordination, faster problem-solving, and stronger alignment on launch strategy
  • Deep curiosity to understand the needs of physicians, patients, and stakeholders – and a drive to incorporate those insights into your work.
  • Strong strategic and analytical-conceptual thinking​, enhancing customer experience and loyalty
  • Compelling storyteller - Outstanding communication skills with both internal and external groups knowing how to successfully navigate in highly complex environments
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with agility and perspective moving ideas from vision to reality.
  • Innovation mindset and high creativity to explore new approaches
  • Demonstrated leadership of complex projects and cross-functional teams, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Language skills - Excellent German and English to converse with global  and local stakeholders and HCPs and patient advocacy groups alike
