As a member of the Foodservice Team it is your responsibility to be a good team member and take initiative to assist others as need to insure we provide excellent guest service.
- Able to back up the Foodservice Management along with being responsible for all aspects of the catering floor including the executive suite. Check with floor staff in the morning to ensure that they have all needed tools for daily production. Assign tasks and deliveries as needed; helps prepares orders for the day.
- Works in an organized manner and leads work on the catering floor, training, coaching and assigning work in immediate area.
- Guides others to adhering to basic policies, practices and procedures (e.g. sanitation, recipes, safety and portion control.) Prepares all needed catering menu items following recipes.
- Works with other areas in the kitchen, informing them of catering needs and updates.
- Ensures that cooler logs are being used. Tracks the return of equipment and supplies. Works with storeroom person to insure products are ordered.
- Ensures work area is clean at end of daily production.
- Attend pre-service if business allows, and if time allows start next day prep lists.
- Delivers orders at the request times and to the correct location. Picks up order and supplies when requested. Ordered supplies as needed. As needed assist with table linen set-ups.
- Finish afternoon prep and insure that everything is in order for next day production.
- Highschool Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Proactive team player, flexible with strong organizational skills.
- Have the ability to adapt to change in a positive manner.
- General knowledge of all types of office equipment.
- Computer literate. Oversee and maintain register systems.
- Excellent work and attendance record. Oversee monthly cashier meetings.
- Sanitation certificate preferred. Responsible for all cash handling.
- Overtime required, flexible work schedule at times.
- Catering experience preferred.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
