Job Summary:
The Contract Analyst will serve as a liaison with the field to interface for all Medical Aesthetics contracts. Contract volume of 600 – 700 annually. First point of contact for contract account directors and field sales to develop contract proposals, facilitate the review and approval of contracts including analysis, Governance Committee prep and execution of contracts. Responsible for Contract Archival and System Uploads. The contract analyst would also interface with Senior Management for contract performance reporting, financial reporting, and exception processing.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Liaison with the contract account directors and field as interface for all Medical Aesthetics contracts (Special Contracts and AGN Premier). Contract volume of 600 – 700 annually. Develop contract proposals, facilitate the review, approval and execution of contracts. Develop intimate working-knowledge of business process and key partners.
Contract expertise: Document certain fall-back clauses that commonly occur in the contracts. Assist with contract template language. Work with risk and compliance in closing out legal redlines.
Reporting: Update senior leadership on status of legal redlines. Help keep up-to-date NDA’s, amendments, LOI, etc. Work with offer development team and contract account directors in unique contract language
Governance Committee prep, Contract Archival maintenance and System Uploads. Develop and perform contract performance reporting. Work with Finance partners ensure compliance with all contract terms.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, business emphasis recommended, but not required
- Minimum 3 years experience with contract management and analysis
- Experience in contracts and negotiations preferred
- Paralegal Certificate or other advanced education a plus
- Prior experience in sales operations, marketing research, sales support or information management a plus
- Advanced computer skills including superior proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and, preferably database systems such as Oracle and SAP

- Knowledge of the sales and marketing functions with ability to anticipate needs, make recommendations and respond to ad-hoc requests quickly and appropriately
- Ability to interface with external customers and third-party data sources is critical
- Ability to coordinate and synchronize multiple complex projects, manage priorities, internal and external customer expectations, meet deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be flexible in changing daily workload priorities as directed
- Ability to take initiative, be discreet, act with diplomacy and maintain a professional attitude
- Desire and ability to take on new challenges and learn new applications

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
