Job Description

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Incentive Compensation & Reporting: support sales contest design & data extraction, create execution tracker for Botox team.
  • Alignment Support: support alignment efforts during regular cyclical cycles in support of sales force restructures to ensure optimal alignment of resources to available workload.
  • Ad-hoc Analytics: work with internal team members, marketing, & sales leaders to develop timely insights on trends impacting  brands &  teams. Transform ad-hoc analyses into cyclical reports based on marketing/sales team need.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

Must have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Business Information Systems, Informatics or related field & 2 years of analytical &/or field force planning experience.

Must have 2 years of experience:

 

(i) applying data analytics including querying skills, clustering/segmentation analysis, & other statistical techniques;

 

(ii) performing SAS coding to extract & summarize data to aid in developing business insights;

 

(iii) transforming raw data into information for business use & insights, specifically for sales/marketing management; &

 

(iv) executing data analysis projects that drive sales & marketing objectives, working with cross functional teams.

 

Experience may be gained concurrently. 

Hybrid (onsite 3 days a week/ 2 days WFH). Up to 10% domestic travel required.


Additional Information

Salary Range: $106,417.13 - $157,500.00 per year.
