The Sales Analyst position resides within the Field Force Effectiveness department and acts as the support person for all data and analytic needs of Facial Aesthetics and SkinMedica. This role provides insights and information needed for the successful execution of business objectives. This person will work with management and other key customers to support and manage the impact of commercial data initiatives on the sales organization.
Major Responsibilities:
- Leverage Dataiku/Snowflake platforms to build historical KPIs housing Facial/SKM alignments, Tiers, visit goal/attainment, account reach and under-called metrics and injector segmentation.
- Partner with BTS, AA BI, and AbbVie partner functions to develop a unified AI roadmap
- Evaluate account links to identify gaps during same store process and monitor account status to ensure quota and credit aligned.
- Validate MADI reports/metrics and address gaps between data sources.
- Partner with IT to extract data from databases to assist quarter close/start activities, and other ad hoc requests.
- Investigate sales data issues and collaborate with Business Technology and Customer Service teams to bring solutions.
- Support Enterprise Territory Management needs such as territory planning or SalesForce maps.
- Coordinate with IC team to ensure timely execution on incentive plans/payouts and reporting.
- Keep Commercial leaders to date on the status of issues and analyses, including known problems being worked on and perceived risks.
- Assist Brand teams to launch marketing initiatives and to track their success.
- Listen to / be voice of customers’ needs.
- Proactively track trends to bring innovative ideas to management.
Education/Qualifications:
- BS/BA required
- 3+ years’ relevant experience within sales operations, analytics, finance, or a comparative field

Pay Range: $
78500 - 141000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
