Moving mountains together – as Scientist I/II – HPLC Characterisation of Monoclonal Antibodies (all genders)
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Perform HPLC analyses such as SEC, IEX, RP, and HIC for detailed mAb characterisation.
- Operate and maintain state-of-the-art HPLC systems to deliver accurate and reproducible results.
- Complement HPLC expertise with particle analysis methods (light microscopy, DLS, MFI, SEC/MALS) when applicable.
- Interpret data and ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and Quality teams to support robust analytical workflows.
- Document analytical work and present findings clearly to internal stakeholders.
- Scientist I: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field with typically 5 years of experience, or master’s with typically two years of experience.
- Scientist II: Bachelor’s in chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field with typically 7 or more years of experience or master’s degree with typically 5 or more years of experience
- Strong hands-on experience with HPLC for protein/mAb characterisation.
- Familiarity with particle and excipient characterisation techniques is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
