We are currently offering paid summer placement opportunities for undergraduates to join our diverse quality and scientific teams in our Westport, Mayo site.

During your summer placement, you will have the opportunity to learn from technical experts, gain experience in drug product and biologics manufacture, while building out your technical skillset in support of your academic studies.

To qualify for a summer placement opportunity with AbbVie Westport, you will be :

• Studying a relevant 3rd level degree in science, biology, microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry, or pharmacy


• Currently tracking to a 2.1 or higher degree - please ensure you have relevant grades detailed on your resume


• Interested in learning about our industry and enthusiastic about building your expertise, soaking up all the knowledge possible over the summer months.


• Available to work on a full time basis during the months of June, July & August 2024.
