- Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan que logre métricas establecidas y optimice la cobertura y frecuencia a clientes clave con el fin de maximizar el acceso y las oportunidades de ventas.
- Comprender las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, el panorama del mercado territorial, los competidores, los segmentos/dinámicas de mercado, las cuentas, las indicaciones, los productos, la experiencia clínica y de ventas y compartir esta información de inteligencia de mercado con el equipo de campo, el equipo de marca y el gerente de ventas para lograr la alineación, anticipar los cambios y desafíos del entorno y optimizar la estrategia de marca y su ejecución.
- Análisis del territorio basado en datos: manejo de herramientas digitales, auditorías, estudios de mercado, KPIs para maximizar las oportunidades.
- Diferenciar la propuesta de valor de AbbVie con los Stakeholders asignados e identificar, desarrollar y mantener Lideres de Opinion y Speakers para maximizar el rendimiento de la marca.
- Profesionales graduados de carreras universitarias como Administración, Marketing, Comercialización o similares (No Excluyente)
- Fuerte perspicacia para los negocios y uso competente de las herramientas de los negocios
- Posee capacidades de pensamiento estratégico y crítico
- Identifica de forma proactiva el estilo / comportamiento del cliente y adapta rápidamente todos los aspectos del enfoque de venta
- Funciona de manera efectiva en un entorno matricial
- Ofrece ideas y soluciones innovadoras para maximizar las oportunidades de negocio para abordar los desafíos.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
