Cumplir con los objetivos financieros y de mercado dentro de la Unidad de Negocio de Inmunología en el canal Privado 80% y canal Gobierno 20% a través de la ejecución estratégica y táctica, el manejo efectivo de las cuentas asignadas, la construcción y fortalecimiento de la relación con los clientes, una capacidad para resolución de conflictos poniendo siempre en el centro de nuestro actuar al paciente y sus necesidades.
- Desarrollo de un plan estratégico-táctico basado en metodología SMART con el objetivo de lograr y/o sobrepasar los objetivos planeados.
- Desarrollo de un plan integral para el manejo de líderes de opinión dentro del mercado privado y Gobierno.
- Manejo estratégico y efectivo de los recursos disponibles tanto aquellos relativos a la inversión así como al tiempo destinado logrando así una maximización de los mismos que permitan contribuir con un mayor Retorno de Inversión.
- Maximización de los clientes del mercado privado 80% y Gobierno 20% así como la prospección de nuevos dentro del segmento.
- Ejecución basada en total apego en las regulaciones actuales, así como en procesos internos y en políticas corporativas de ética y cumplimiento.
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años comprobable en el área comercial dentro del sector farmacéutico.
- Experiencia indispensable en visita médica en el sector privado y gobierno.
- Disponibilidad de viaje: 50% del total del tiempo (Viajes aéreos y/o terrestres)
- Experiencia en productos relativos al área de inmunología ( alta especialidad )

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
