Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead for Operations, the Recruiter will support the TA strategies to attract, develop and retain talent. The role will be focused on recruiting best in class talent for the manufacturing facilities in Singapore and collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team.
- Identify and source top talent, responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
- Manage the recruitment process, oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to interviewing and hiring. Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, create job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers. Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate job offers, including compensation and benefits.
- Leverage various channels, including social media channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.
- Spearhead recruitment efforts for permanent, internship and trainees’ positions and implement our early career strategy to build talent pipeline.
- Establish strong relations with educational institutions to engage and participate in career events.
- Keep up with industry trends, stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain recruitment data, track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource / Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to manufacturing environment
- Proficient in recruitment software and application tracking system.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills to attract top talent.
- Data analysis skills to track recruitment metrics.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships at all levels.

Where We Work
Role is exclusively performed at a site or office and onsite presence is required. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
