The Record Archive Specialist is responsible for archiving documents and records from the site including R&D and GxP regulated records from functional organizations, and all associated business records. R&D, GxP and business records are often called for by auditors and legal counsel. Because of this, it is imperative that the Archive Specialist be meticulous in every aspect of the archiving process including data entry, indexing, labeling, box storage, shipping, and retrieval. This position will require lifting archiving containers.
- Participate in high-performing teams focused on important site and corporate goals related to archiving activities including: Record identification and organization, File labeling and indexing, Archiving, Use of Archive Transmittal System (ATS), Records Information Management System (RIMS) and HPE Content Manager and regular daily movement of record storage containers.
- Ensures all administrative documentation requirements are met for supported Quality Documentation inclusive of document processing and records management
- Accurately track and report daily work progress to provide metrics for use in status reports to management
- Demonstrate accuracy and proficiency in daily data entry output
- Retrieve and return record storage containers to specific locations
- Strict adherence and compliance with local and corporate applicable policies, procedures, and safety guidelines pertaining to the office and the overall sitewide environment
- Collaborate in a team environment to achieve timelines
- Support internal and regulatory audits/inspections. Retrieve and return records to specific locations
- Scan paper records and ensure completeness of electronic copies
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned
Required Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of relevant experience
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge and hands on experience with a Document and Records Management System
- Experience in records management and/or working in an archive
- Demonstrated attention to detail, specifically with typing and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge and experience with MS Excel,Word and PowerPoint
- Clerical experience (sorting, collating and filing)
- Demonstrated leadership skills such as: Time management, good communicator, quality focus, proactive, teamwork, etc.
- Strong organizational skills

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.
