Quality Control Technician II

• Responsible for performance of effective product & process audits and instrument calibration activities, support third party audits to ensure full compliance on measurement requirements and product audits.
• Utilizes Maximo CMMS to review calibration technician work orders and generates reports for investigations and metrics development.
• Complete and maintain all calibration and reports.
• Review calibration worksheets and certificates provided by external service providers for completeness and accuracy.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills Coordinates with equipment owners across incoming inspection, manufacturing, service departments to ensure all equipment/ instrument to be calibrated on time by internal or external service providers.
• Review calibration worksheets and certificates provided by external service providers for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensures OOT events are reported in timely manner and process is followed for disposition. Keep all necessary documentation to facilitate closure of associated investigations.

• 1-years relevant experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
• Possess understanding of quality systems and quality auditing.
• Experience with common measurement and testing tools and equipment
• Must have a solid understanding of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
