Job Description

The Associate Training Specialist is responsible for the assisting in the coordination and delivery of high-quality educational services and solutions. Associate Training Specialists provide administrative support in the implementation of training programs and in the ongoing facilitation and tracking of training initiatives and requirements. This position involves close collaboration with leaders and associates throughout the organization to ensure that educational solutions are accurate, comprehensive, and applicable to the needs of the business.

• Assists in the facilitation of various technical and non-technical training to associates and business partners with diverse job functions and varied technical background and expertise
• Supports logistics and facilitation of training sessions by business partners throughout the DSS organization
• Performs administrative and logistical tasks related to training, including preparation and distribution of materials, scheduling and communication of sessions, and preparing physical and virtual classrooms for training
• Manages LMS functions of SharePoint and ISOtrain as applicable to ensure that accurate records of completed training are maintained
• Manages shared department mailboxes and takes a leading role in ensuring that communication and responses occur on a timely basis
• Works with colleagues on Training Team to on development projects to maximize opportunities to contribute to team projects and initiatives


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. Degree program or professional certification in Education, Communication, Training, or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong oral and excellent written communication skills; excellent organizational skills
• Strong computer skills necessary, including Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks/assignments, meet deadlines and act with the flexibility and initiative to thrive in a dynamic environment of rapidly changing needs
• Ability to effectively interact and develop constructive and cooperative relationships with subject matter experts and other business partners

  • The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. ​

  • We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.​

  • This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs. ​
