Job Description

Location: Central to South Area (Taichung to Kaohsiung)

Reports to: Sr. Brand Manager

Primary Function/Objective:
Responsibilities include integrating and maximizing AbbVie's PsA (Psoriatic Arthritis) portfolio to ensure consistent sales achievement by enhancing Share of Voice (SoV) and identifying business development opportunities. The role requires collaboration with cross-brand teams to use market intelligence effectively to achieve strategic goals.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Analysis & Planning

    • Evaluate PsA potential in the assigned territory and track sales and status.
    • Refine strategies using competitor intelligence and identify key opinion leaders (KOLs).
  • Communication & Collaboration

    • Align strategies with Rheumatology and Dermatology teams.
    • Work with teams to address field needs for products like RINVOQ and SKYRIZI.
  • Execution and Tracking

    • Engage target healthcare professionals (HCPs) to strengthen the PsA portfolio.
    • Implement marketing strategies and collaborate for business growth.
    • Maintain positive relationships with customers and uphold professional standards.
    • Track PsA patient enrollment and refine strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of in-field execution experience is required.
  • Experience in immunology is preferred.
  • Able to build strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong professional knowledge, selling skills, and territory management.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks under aggressive timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and risk; able to make high-quality decisions with limited information.
  • Willingness to take on leadership roles and manage conflicts constructively.
  • Upholds high ethical standards and adheres to AbbVie's Code of Conduct.
