We are looking for a dynamic professional to partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team in driving cross-functional strategic initiatives across strategy, commercial priorities, organizational effectiveness, and operations.
This is not a traditional technical project management role. It is a business-focused position, suited to individuals with experience in corporate strategy, business partnering, consulting, or commercial excellence, who can combine strong project leadership with the ability to act as a thought partner to senior leaders.
You will help shape the future direction of the affiliate by ensuring that strategic priorities are translated into action and delivered with impact.

Experience working directly with executive leadership in large corporate environments is essential, as well as ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives end-to-end: define objectives, structure projects, manage timelines, and drive implementation in partnership with stakeholders.
• Partner with the GM and leadership team to translate corporate and commercial strategy into actionable plans, ensuring alignment and progress.
• Act as a connector across functions, facilitating communication, following up on leadership decisions, and helping remove obstacles.
• Conduct business analysis and research, preparing executive-level reports, insights, and presentations to support decision-making.
• Structure and facilitate leadership forums (agendas, materials, outcomes, follow-ups) and coordinate management offsites and workshops.
• Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and project metrics to measure progress and impact.
• Support change management initiatives and foster collaboration across local, regional, and global stakeholder

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, corporate project roles, or business partnering (experience in commercial organizations or pharmaceuticals is a strong advantage).Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data and insights to strategic priorities.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills, with fluency in English.
• Experience working in complex, cross-functional, matrix environments.
