The Project Coordinator’s primary function is to develop, execute, and manage assigned projects and programs in a compliant manner and within budget. The Project Coordinator will drive multiple projects while working directly with key stakeholders and leaders. This role is accountable for managing/coordinating projects that have compliance and budgetary impact to the business. This role has impact by improvement and optimization programs with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Drive continuous improvements and participate in continuous improvement initiatives led by colleagues
- Identify innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges in assigned areas of responsibility
- Maintains and communicates project meeting minutes and actions to cross functional team
- Creates impact with ideas for the larger organization and anticipates and responds to changes
- Act as a credible and respected role model and resource among peers for onboarding/training new employees
- Responsible for managing and coordinating schedules and budgets for projects and initiatives
- Works with internal and external resource contacts to coordinate resources needed to deliver on project plans, such as meetings and events
- Provides direct support of the organization supporting the leadership team
- Acquire, maintain and track data on various projects, including metrics and timely reporting
- Manages stakeholder relationships and expectations
- Bachelor degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience. 2+ years of overall experience
- Engineering or validation or operations experience preferred.
- Project management skills requiring minimal supervision preferred
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage within a matrix environment a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
- Basic understanding of AbbVie’s organization and logistics model preferred

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time ofthis posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is eligible to participate in our short-term incentive programs.

Pay Range: $
64000 - 122000 USD
Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
