Your Contributions Will Include:
- Advancing project management excellence across our organization by developing standards, ensuring timely delivery, managing resources, and maintaining compliance.
- Being the key site contact for all pipeline project PM activities, collaborating with R&D and PDS&T at both local and global levels to strategize the commercial supply of new products.
- Leading cross-functional teams across manufacturing, engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to execute these strategies effectively.
- Serving as a site representative on Global Project Teams and Global Brand Teams.
Your Team: As a PMO Manager, you'll manage a team of 3-6 direct reports, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Guide, develop, and mentor a team of adept project and program managers, ensuring strategic alignment with company goals.
- Strategic Oversight: Provide strategic direction for project managers, establishing and maintaining PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Project Management: Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant, and scope-complete delivery.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Work with various teams to define project parameters and deliverables, align resources, and communicate status with executives and stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives for enhancing PMO process efficiency and effectiveness while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
- Global Collaboration: Partner with global teams to determine and execute plans for new product development and supply.
- Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS): Support and adhere to all EHS standards and policies to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or higher in a Technical or Quality discipline.
- Experience: Over 10 years in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or drug development, with demonstrated success in leading complex project teams.
- Project Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of methodologies and tools, with proven track record in timely, budget-conscious project execution.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with pharmaceutical regulatory requirements and compliance.
- Leadership and Influence Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior management.
- Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Capable of resolving complex project issues and adapting strategies to meet changing business needs.
