Role Summary: We seek an experienced and strategic leader to spearhead our Germany HR IT Transformation initiative. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in managing large-scale, complex IT projects - particularly those related to HR modules within SAP or major ERP environments. This position requires vision, excellence in program leadership, and a passion for driving organizational change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the multi-year HR IT Transformation project in Germany
- Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Manage and engage local and global stakeholders across HR, Technology, Finance, the Workers’ Council, and Business Unit Leaders to ensure alignment and success
- Collaborate with external consulting partners and system integrators for flawless execution and rollout
- Build, inspire, and lead a multidisciplinary project team
- Drive change management initiatives to foster adoption and minimize disruption
- Maintain accountability for program budgeting and resource allocation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field
- With extensive professional experience, with at least 5 years in leading large-scale IT or process transformation projects
- Proven track record managing complex HRIT projects, including Payroll, Time & Attendance, and related systems (e.g., SAP, UKG, Workforce)
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team management abilities
- Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills, particularly in matrix organizations, experience in working with Workers’ Councils is a plus
- Outstanding communication skills in both German and English
- Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Past work experience in multinational corporations or major IT/business consulting firms is advantageous
- Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and resilience

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
