Job Description

Professional Relations Manager, Oncology

  • Recruiting a new Professional Relations Manager within our Oncology Team, due to the expansion of our product portfolio

Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, the PRM’s primary objective is to maximise advocacy with external experts, through the creation, development and delivery of structured engagement plans and tactics. There is the opportunity to actively contribute towards the Brand Strategy by continually sharing insight from expert engagements that will drive new ideas and initiatives for the Brand Team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Development of insights driven external expert mapping and tailored engagement plans
  • Strong collaboration with the In Field Team  to drive advocacy on a local and regional level
  • Integration with cross functional team to drive core EE engagement and development in line tactical Plan
  • Management of international and national congresses, advisory boards,and promotional meetings, including speaker identification and briefing
  • Management of agency relationships tp ensure projects are delivered to a clesr bried and are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level, and ABPI qualified
  • Knowledge of the NHS
  • Experience in effectively working in cross-functional teams and matrix environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence experts
  • Strong scientific knowledge      

Preferred Experience

  • Previous experience in a Professional Relations type role
  • Knowledge of Oncology/Haematology is advantageous
  • Knowledge and relationships with key Oncology/Haematology stakeholders
  • Marketing/Project Managementor other relevant experience that compliment this role
