Mission
- Brand Strategy Execution: Collaborate with Brand and In-Field Teams to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Healthcare Collaboration: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with healthcare providers to support patient-focused treatment plans.
- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and brand key performance indicators (KPIs), leveraging multiple communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality sales performance and customer interactions.
- Proactively understand customers’ needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Understand the patient journey within the hospital and patient care around in a multi-stakeholder’s environment
- Develop and follow a strategic call plan to optimize customer engagement.
- Share market intelligence with teams to stay aligned and proactive in responses to market changes.
- Build AbbVie's brand value among healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
- Adhere to all AbbVie's compliance, ethical, and legal guidelines and ensure timely completion of all assigned training and reporting.
Skills & Competencies

- Curiosity Mindset: Be eager to explore and learn about the evolving patient care landscape.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales, market dynamics, and digital tools.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in Commercial pharmaceutical industry experiences; recent experience in neurology is a plus
- Languages: Fluent in French; proficient in English.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
