Job Description

• Create Business Development Plan for the key account by having discussed with the account owner (s) /doctor (s). Build strong customer relationship & trust and ensure right company’s message and key activities will be implemented in a good manner and under compliance Policy. Provide accurate forecasting and information which company can foresee insight and making right decision. Ensure the budget has been used properly for the account(s).
• Execute sales of the company’s products the territory segmented increase them.
• Maintain close relationships with accounts in the territory segmented, and ensure the company’s products are meeting their requirements where possible. Appraise current and planned customer needs and advise on the application of company products and services to customer requirements.
• Carry out seminars and workshop and assist to arrange or hold symposium and congress for doctors.
• Learn a certain level of product knowledge and sales skills provided from the company to maximize one’s sales efficiency in terms of company strategy.
• Execute promotional activities and sales aids.
• Represent Allergan in a professional manner that aligns with company image, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.


Qualifications

• A basic degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Physical Therapy, and Life Science
• Having experience in selling medical products at least 2 years
• Excellent communication skills, customer oriented attitude, and service-minded
• Pleasant personality and good negotiation skill
• Able to work in a dynamic environment, which requires greater flexibility and adaptability
• Good command of English is preferred
• Able to travel Upcountry when requires
• Own Transportation
