Job Description:
- Position: Product Specialist - Facial Aesthetics
- Reports to: Manager, Sales - Facial Aesthetics
- Location: Seoul, South Korea
Primary Objective: To build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals within an assigned territory, ensuring consistent sales growth through high-quality products, technical expertise, and exceptional service. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, product knowledge, and a commitment to understanding and addressing customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales of the company’s products in the assigned territory and increase sales numbers.
- Maintain close relationships with accounts in the territory and ensure the company’s products meet their requirements.
- Assist in arranging and conducting seminars, workshops, symposiums, and congresses for doctors.
- Acquire product knowledge and sales skills to maximize sales efficiency.
- Execute promotional activities and sales aids.
- Represent Allergan professionally, ensuring activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
- Deliver clinical facilitation services, including patient management tools, clinical knowledge, and injector technique review.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree as a new graduate or with less than 3 years of experience.
- Healthcare-related studies preferred.
