Are you passionate about strategic marketing and eager to play a leading role in both established brands and exciting product launches? Join Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, as Product Manager - Northern Europe, where you'll drive continued success of one of our key brands and spearhead the launch of a groundbreaking new aesthetics product.
Your Impact will include the following:
- Lead and execute ongoing marketing initiatives for one of our existing products, ensuring consistent brand visibility and excellence across Northern Europe.
- Localize global marketing content and develop tailored sales-support materials.
- Oversee production and delivery of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with local legislation and Allergan Aesthetics standards.
- Partner with key stakeholders (Sales, Allergan Medical Institute (AMI), Business Excellence, Omnichannel) to support local needs and maximize market presence.
- Monitor, review, and report on marketing and promotional activities, making strategic adjustments in partnership with internal teams.
- Liaise with advertising agencies for creative assets, including digital and social media content.
- Train the sales force on the execution of the product programs and effective use of materials.
New Product Launch:
- Be at the forefront of innovation—lead the launch of our new aesthetics product in Northern Europe!
- Design and execute bold, high-impact go-to-market campaigns, creating excitement from pre-launch to market expansion.
- Drive strategic and tactical brand planning, gathering market insights and energizing cross-functional teams for launch success.
- Create captivating promotional materials and digital assets, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance.
- Organize launch events, congresses, and training sessions to establish the new product as a market leader.
- Spend time in the field to build relationships, gather market intelligence, and oversee flawless execution.
- Analyze launch effectiveness, provide actionable insights, and continually optimize launch strategies
- Experienced marketer (3+ years, ideally as Product/Brand Manager), with proven success in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, ideally in aesthetics field.
- University degree (preferably in marketing).
- Skilled in brand building, launch strategies, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Strong business planning, financial acumen, and regulatory awareness.
- Collaborative, creative, and fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Energetic leader who thrives in dynamic environments, receptive to feedback, and eager to innovate.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
