We seek an experienced Product Manager (maternity cover) to lead one of our top brands in aesthetic market. The ideal candidate will have strong background in brand management within the pharmaceutical industry, specifically Rx products. This role demands the strategic thinker with proven track record of developing and executing marketing strategies driving brand growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies in line with Global marketing strategy to drive market share and revenue growth.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions in alignment with company goals.
- Monitor the market and competitors, conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Create and execute integrated marketing plans, including digital marketing, advertising, promotions, and events.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop tools and training materials supporting brand initiatives.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead Brand Team meetings to ensure proper strategy implementation and develop tactical plans to support strategies implementation.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance brand presence and market penetration.
- Strong partnership with the filed force Teams.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives' brand performance metrics, market share, and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on brand performance and market dynamics.
- Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights and market feedback.
Compliance and Ethical Standards:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of brand management experience in the pharmaceutical industry (a Product/Brand Manager or a Related Manager), focusing on Rx products.
- Proven track record of successful brand initiatives driving growth on competitive market.
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in cooperation with KOLs and scientific associations.

- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Very good command of local and English languages.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
