The Process Optimization Lead will build and sustain streamlined and simplified processes that drive increased partner satisfaction and/or improved user experience. They will identify and implement projects that promote TA Capabilities, increase engagement and experience with talent and hiring stakeholders and seek ways to impact TA workflow efficiencies for both TA and other HR COEs.
Within TA, this role acts as the functional lead for key strategic projects. This role must lead with influence and is accountable for work across functional & geographic boundaries. The solutions defined will be translated to TA Operations and Process updates, technical process & system design, and support roles & responsibilities of individuals in the organization. Implement use of effective tools & methodologies for evaluating, executing, managing & closing out projects.
Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leadership teams to map processes, both from people as well as technical standpoint.
- Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities based on root cause analysis; expertly manages partner expectations and scope of projects.
- Instruct cross functional project teams; drive completion of projects to achieve outcomes short and long term.
- Link strategic objectives to the work; guide the team to develop sustainable solutions that build future capabilities.
- Align with cross functional partners early in the process to anticipate changes, effectively communicate and lead change management.
- Develop and provide forum for internal and external benchmarking and sharing of best practices in for process improvements.
- Apply Technology in innovative ways to anticipate or address customer needs. Employs innovative solutions to increase effectiveness.
- Evaluates strategic risks of business alternatives, recommends actions and develops strategies to cope with various scenarios.
- Bachelor's degree
- 8+ years of business experience with 3+ years previous process mapping / project management / change management experience.
- Experience applying continuous improvement efforts within a highly matrixed, multinational organization.
- Outstanding problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to drive high impact results.
- Highly motivated process thinker that drives customer focused solutions.
- Demonstrated track record with expertise leading major projects, business processes re-engineering, and organization design (change management).
- Senior partner management: effective in influencing senior leaders and strategic action.
- Lead effectively through ambiguity; build structure and alignment with limited direction.
- Excellent interpersonal and group facilitation skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and design thinking.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft Visio; experience with TA Technology (ATS, CRM and HRIS preferred).

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
