Pricing Specialist (fixed term-maternity leave replacement)

• Make price analysis, obtain pricing and price certificates from relevant countries for marketed products
• Submit pricing information to related government institutions, according to the Pricing SOP and local requirements
• Follow price regulation changes and attend official meetings related with pricing issues
• Prepare and submit necessary information for the new registered products to the reimbursement organizations
• Other duties as assigned by manager

• University degree (economics can be an advantage)
• 2-3 years working in pharmaceutical industry or within healthcare payer/provider or academic institution
• Fluent Croatian and English
• Knowledge of Croatian market mechanics, healthcare policy and funding pathways
• Ability to manage cross functional projects
• Ability to interpret scientific and/or pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance to build into targeted value messages
• Solid working knowledge of pharmaco-economic principles
• Solid knowledge of payer mindset and motivation in respective local context
• Ability to interpret scientific and pharmaco-economic data to assess its relevance to stakeholders and build into value messages
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to collaborate with other MA functions and brand teams to collect and share insights to support the development of value propositions
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines
• Confidential and trustworthy
