Job Overview
Sales
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for body contouring products and contribute to the national targets.
- To execute efficient territory coverage and management for maximum impact on consumable sales
- Use SAP data to focus on target groups
- Maintain focus of quarterly and yearly target planning customer interactions, accordingly, ensuring the activity metrics are achieved
- To utilise selling skills, relationship building, planning & organising, and technical knowledge in achieving target
- Develop account plans for targeted accounts, demonstrating clear understanding of goals, objectives and tactics to deliver on the identified opportunities within the account. Evaluate performance in quarterly business reviews with customers and adapt account plans as required.
- Co-ordinate the cross functional team to deliver on the account plans
Executes Tactical Sales & Promotional Plan
- Maintain contact and relationships with all existing customers, provide product support & education on the appropriate use of our body contouring product within the private clinic setting and advice on “best practice” in patient management
- Prepare quotes, prices and terms through the effective use of the commercial policy
- Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and highest level of customer service.
Customer/Clinic Training
- Deliver hands on training, presentations, and demonstrations to empower customers in using CoolSculpting technology safely and efficiently for high patient satisfaction.
- Organise and facilitate regional workshops in the UK and Ireland.
- Educating and supporting the customer with marketing strategies including but not limited to, in-clinic office branding/merchandising, patient segmentation and external marketing strategies to generate and drive patient flow.
Administration
- Communicate accurate information regarding territory activity on a regular basis to National Sales Manager
- Record accurate information for every call on the CRM system
- Keep account plans up to date and accurate and demonstrate progress against the plans
- Pre-plan sales calls and maintain efficient time management skills to ensure maximum customer contact and the highest level of customer service.
- Complete business plans, monthly expense reports, up-to-date account profiles and computer customer database.
- Take responsibility for keeping up to date with SOPs and procedures associated with their role.
Contributes to an effective team
- Participate in team meetings sharing knowledge, information and ideas
- Supports colleagues across the team to ensure overall delivery of body contouring strategy
- Collaborate with the other members of the team, in particular our Commercial team colleagues to support our customers and develop business opportunities to support consumable growth
- Work in synergy with colleagues from across Allergan to support business
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and represent the Company with high integrity, ethics, honesty, loyalty, and professionalism at all times
- A proven sales track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (preferably within a commercial healthcare / aesthetics industry)
- Experience with consumables selling in preferred
- Key account management desirable
