Job Summary :
The Practice Development Manager (PDM) is responsible for sales of the consumable part of the Body Contouring system together with coordinating with customers to improve and development of marketing activities & Tools to promote Body Contouring system in the market in line with International and country business goals and objectives.
Ensures the customers will be able to operate the system together with the consumable part effectively with high satisfaction and this will also ensure the activities will meet the company’s financial, compliance and organizational requirements. Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the affiliates. Maintains professional and partnership interactions with KOLs. Promotes a professional and positive image of the company and products.
Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies :
• Presentation skills is an essential.
• Work experience in multi-national company, understand the complexity of organization
• Achieving sales quota results in the assigned territory. Responsible for performing effective territory penetration, coverage and account identification to drive sales and increase the customer base.
• Providing training, presentations and demonstrations to the customers on application and use of the company’s products using effective communication and sales techniques.
• Educating customers regarding indications, contraindications, and safety of the company’s products, and how they fulfill the needs of the customers.
• Drive collaborative working across the Body Contouring and the Medical Aesthetics and KAM teams to maximize the potential of portfolio sales.
• Be able to have field visits with customers according to company’s target or as assigned by Manager.
• Analyse customers utilization and discuss with customers to improve their performance and growing customers' business
• Encourage the sharing of best practice and problem-solving business issues, between teams, to foster an environment of enthusiasm and positive team spirit.
• Ensure all sales force actions/activities/data recording meet local regulatory codes of promotional practice and Allergan SOPs, and develop, deliver and review appropriate training regularly and as appropriate
Education and Experience :
• BA Degree required, MBA is preferable.
• Experience working in direct and indirect markets via distribution partners is an advantage
• Aesthetic Industry experience is strongly desired, ideally in the capital equipment or equipment industry
• 4-6 years of demonstrated success selling capital equipment is preferred. Preference for candidates who also have experience with consumable selling into the plastic surgeon and dermatologist practices.
• Experience and proven successful track record in sales representative- roles in the Medical Aesthetic Industry in & Medical Device and ideally Capital Equipment would be a benefit
• English speaking will be an advantage. Good command of English is preferred.
• Able to travel Upcountry when required
