We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a hospitality and service oriented mindset who thinks from a customer perspective and likes to go the extra mile!
Information and reception:
· Welcome guests at the reception; customers, suppliers, employees, ..
· Answering telephone calls and transferring them to the appropriate person/department
· Provide general information, refer and connect customers in a professional manner
· Register visitors; issue and collect visitor badges
Administration and support:
· Mail handling (sorting incoming mail, regular mail, couriers, parcels)
· Mailbox management
· Inventory management and ordering (flowers, office supplies, ..)
· Copying and printing activities
· Meeting rooms reservations
· Taxi reservations
· Service desk management: reporting, guiding maintenance parties, administration
· Ensuring an organized and tidy reception, meeting rooms and waiting area
Other:
· BHV team member
· MBO work and thinking level
· Good computer skills M365
· Dutch and English spoken and written
· Competences:

· Available 24 hours a week/0.6 fte (3 days a week; Friday + two tbd); flexible in changing days during holidays/absence. Working hours: 08.15 - 17.00pm
