We are seeking a talented PTP Accountant to join our team and play an important role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. About the role
In this role, you will:
- Execute Procure-to-pay (PTP) related processes within the Scandinavian Affiliate, including timely and accurate processing of invoices, creation of purchase orders, and vendor master administration
- Provide holistic service to the Affiliate by passing on requests and troubleshooting to the relevant department or link point, ensuring smooth operations
- Support the business in everyday work with purchase orders and invoice-related topics
- Perform quarterly and annual closing activities to maintain an acceptable level of Procure to Pay KPIs
- Monitor compliance and transparency reporting, including quarterly monitoring of payments to healthcare professionals and organizations, continuous reporting of payments made, and compiling and publishing yearly EFPIA reports in collaboration with the Global team
- Handle systems administration tasks such as creating new users, changing access, and supporting users with troubleshooting in SAP/SRM for invoices and purchase orders, Concur for travel expenses, and MAP and CAS for contract management
- Assist the Controller in executing closing activities and ensuring that all necessary accrual bookings are made with supporting documentation
- Conduct thorough internal controls to guarantee adherence to our policies in our PTP processes

We look for candidates with:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (we are open to candidates graduating no later than May/June 2024).
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Service / solution-oriented work style.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ambitious and willing to learn.
- English and Swedish reading and writing skills are mandatory, Danish and/or Norwegian is a plus.
