Job Description

  • Analyze local digital maturity of business teams and efforts
  • Review and benchmark latest digital trends within and outside of healthcare and pharma industry to keep the affiliate at the forefront of digital developments. Provide internal thought leadership on multichannel marketing.
  • Provide ongoing strategic counsel to the Brand Teams and AMT on digital best practices and tactics that align with overall affiliate and individual brand objectives/goals.
  • Work with Brand Teams to develop digital tactics for websites, CLM, social media, patient-centric educational content and digital solutions
  • Challenge brand teams on digital needs to achieve optimal channel mix, ensuring the most appropriate channels are being used to meet patient, health care provider and payer needs
  • Develop KPIs on digital capabilities and measure the ROI of digital activities. Demonstrate evolution of the digital capabilities within the affiliate
  • Educate brand and in-field teams on the evolving technology landscape & how digital technology can be leveraged to achieve better patient outcomes
  • Partner with BTS to understand technology implementation priorities, digital strategy and technical design of digital solutions
  • Actively manage portfolio of internal and external suppliers of digital services (e.g. creative, production, search agencies, social media, digital analytics, etc..)
  • Ensures resources, processes/SOPs and infrastructure are in place across business for delivery of agreed digital plans, including processes to ensure all digital materials are fully compliant
  • Share learnings from any local digital initiatives with Area and Global teams to facilitate good practice sharing
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, life sciences or related fields
  • Broad multi-channel marketing experience, ideally with in-depth digital marketing expertise (minimum 2 years)
  • Highly knowledgeable about digital trends and tools, and especially how it is applicable in a healthcare and pharma environment, developing innovative marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • Strategic thinking and understanding market trends
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive improved business outcomes through coaching and influencing skills, at all levels of the organization
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate many small projects at the same time
  • Strong internal networking and matrix skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong ‘can-do’ mind set
  • Team player, cross-functional collaboration
  • Language: fluent in Croatian and English
