Company Description

Strategies and Medical affairs Leadership

  • Proactive contribute to Local integrated product strategy (IPS) and/or launch readiness review cross functionally.
  • Develop and implement the local medical plan and ensure alignment with the brand plan
  • Develop and facilitate relations with key opinion-leaders in field. Ensure adequate medical information and customer support for health care professionals.
  • Review and approval promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure they are fully aligned with regulation guideline and strategy.  
  • May serve as representatives in GMAT (Global Medical Affairs Team) and CPT (China Project team sponsored by development) on behalf of China Medical team.
  • Provide the company internal stakeholders with an understanding of the local medical community, clinical practice, trends, and or perceived gaps in current scientific knowledge and medical treatment, competitive intelligence
  • Develop and implement pre-launch medical plan/activities for new products about 24 months prior to the planned launch in the country to address key clinical and scientific challenges.
  • Provide medical leadership on faculty and content development for medical programs including national and regional congresses, advisory boards, scientific exchange meetings, publications, CMEs to meet identified needs.

 

Scientific Information /Messages Management

  • Define and manage on Key scientific messages for FA products through scientific slides deck, presentations and other tools.
  • Provide comprehensive medical presentations and trainings to internal and external customers, for the accurate delivery of messages.
  • Build strong relationship with scientific associations through advisory board meetings, Steering committees, regional and national congresses.
  • Provide medical communication materials and medical education for doctors/patients and consumers if needed.
  • Support pharmacovigilance as subject matter expert

 


Job Description

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy or biomedical science
  • Knowledge of clinical development process, and regulatory requirements
  • Medical Aesthetic industry experience preferred
  • At least 3 years in medical practice or industry medical affairs team
  • Medical Affairs (MA/MSL) experience in dermatology or medical aesthetics area is highly preferred

 

Technical/ Skill

  • Fluent in Chinese and English writing and speaking
  • Strong strategy development skill;
  • Project management experience;
  • Track record of being a team player/leader in cross-functional work;
  • Strong communication skill;
  • Business acumen and patient-centered;
  • Good presentation skill;
  • Strong scientific writing skills and proven evidence of scientific publications in National and international level.
