- Monitor competitor intelligence and the evolving scientific landscape in Parkinson's and Movement Disorders
Medical Strategy & External Engagement
- Shape and execute the medical strategy for the neurology portfolio as defined in the Brand and Medical Plans
- Build credible, long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, External Experts, and academic centres
- Represent AbbVie at scientific congresses, advisory boards, and symposia
- Identify opportunities for collaborative medical/scientific programs with clinical groups

- Able to operate effectively in a matrixed organisation and navigate commercial, legal, and compliance environments
Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent clinical/scientific background
- Demonstrated experience in project management, ideally including patient programs, clinical education, medical affairs or cross-functional initiatives
- Experience working in a matrix organization
