Job Description

  • Lead the business strategy and operation plan for Juvéderm brand & products, in China, including but not limited to brand positioning/pricing, portfolio management, RTM design, new product launch, sales forecast, commercial policy and integrated marketing campaign online & offline.
  • Open-minded and excellent in communication skills to foster strong collaboration with cross-function teams including RA, Medical, AMI, PR, Digital, Finance, SFE and sales team /digital/PR and sales in China  
  • Work closely with Area and International team, with ability to influence international strategy and ensure excellent local adaptation for global strategy
  • Strong and mature leadership to build a winning team with strong talent pool and nurturing team culture  

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Solid marketing background in MNC pharmaceutical & medical aesthetics companies, or leading FMCG companies with luxury & beauty related business, preferably from Loreal & P&G, with at least 10 years of working experience.
  • Prefer to have working experience with both 2B marketing & 2C marketing.
  • Proved performance record for marketing success in both established and new brand launches in China market, and ability to turn around the business.
  • BS/BA in business, marketing or management; MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify business opportunities and set up strategic imperatives.  
  • Solid experience in P&L management and commercial policy design to drive business.
  • Excellent execution to ensure go-to-market success.
  • Strong leadership & ownership who can set up clear business objectives, efficiently allocate work, coach & inspire team to be at their best.
  • Possess influence power to motivate cross-function team and foster strong collaboration
  • A quick learner with innovative mindset with fair knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Grit under pressure and positivity against adversity.
