Como Market Acess Value Proposition Specialist tus principales responsabilidades serán:
- Gestión de nuevos proyectos y actividades derivados del incremento de recursos en 2026
- Elaboración y actualización de materiales de acceso dirigidos al equipo de campo, asegurando la coherencia del mensaje y el correcto posicionamiento de las propuestas de valor de Skyrizi y Rinvoq.
- Coordinación y soporte en la organización de eventos científicos y de acceso (simposios, talleres RETAR, sesiones formativas, programas de formación en FH).
- Colaboración en la implementación de RETAR en SRS (Avanza) y hospitales (Circuitos), optimizando procesos internos y asegurando el seguimiento de resultados.
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento de herramientas económicas y modelos de valor (coste por respondedor, análisis de impacto presupuestario, etc.).
- Contribución a las tácticas de diferenciación y a las iniciativas médicas de estándar de cuidado, aportando el enfoque de acceso y posicionamiento de producto.
- Apoyo en la planificación y ejecución de programas P2P locales y regionales, en coordinación con marketing y equipos de campo.
- Grado universitario en ciencias de la salud, ADE.
- Experiencia de al menos 2 años en la industria farmaceútica en entorno hospitalario.
- Nivel de ingles avanzado (al menos C1 - Advance).
- Movilidad internacional e interés por desarrollarse en entorno multinacional en diferentes área o departamentos de la organización como ventas o marketing.
- Persona proactiva, con ganas de aprender y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
- Imprescindible compromiso, iniciativa, orientación a resultados y actitud positiva ante los retos.
- Capacidad analítica y para gestionar múltiples tareas.

Where We Work
Role is primarily site- or office-based but can occasionally be performed remotely. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
